At Acadia, Brittany is responsible for the organization's compensation programs, employee benefit and well-being programs and recognition.  Brittany is skilled at leading cross functional teams, developing talent, creating strategic solutions which deliver key business results and process execution. 

Brittany's major projects have included designing global job architectures, design and implement global broad-based pay and recognition programs, short-term KPI incentive design and implementation, sales compensation design, implementation and administration, transformation of compensation operations, creating total reward strategies and co-leading a total reward refresh initiative.
