Susan is a Senior Director of Compensation at Siemens, responsible for Siemens Americas compensation and reward programs. Her scope spans rewards & recognition, employee pay, incentive compensation and equity compensation. In addition to leading Compensation for the region, she is the Total Rewards Strategy advisor to Siemens’ global Compensation & Benefits head.
Prior to Siemens, Susan spent 14 years at Mercer HR Consulting, a career path that took her from Compensation Analyst to Project Manager to Principal. Susan worked in the Washington DC, Melbourne Australia, and New York offices, working on salary management projects, job hierarchy, incentive compensation design, sales effectiveness, and performance management programs.
Susan is a long-time WorldatWork member, is GRP and CCP certified, and serves as a member of the Global Advisory Council. In the past, Susan served on the WorldatWork Society Board, and was Chairperson of the Compensation Advisory Council. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University, and a Masters of Business Administration from University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
