She holds a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) and Compensation Professional (CCP) certification from WorldatWork, a globally recognized certification that showcases her commitment to upholding the highest standards in compensation management. Michaela is also a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), further demonstrating her expertise in the field. She has a master’s degree in psychology from Mumbai University (India), an MPhil from the University of Birmingham (UK) and an MBA from Regis University.
